'Notes shared login failed with this ID file' is the error message a customer always gets when he starts Notes on a Citrix environment.
When he uses the localy installed client it works fine. Local and Citrix shares the same Notes data directory located on a network drive, both the notes.ini and id file are on that location.
All other people in his company have the same setup, and don't have this problem.
Has anyone seen this error before?
